Colors available.; Craft: Handloom Weaved, Material: Lotus Silk, Return Policy: Non-Returnable, Shipping: 8 to 10 Working Days, Fit: Loose, Occasion: Casual, Sleeve: Yes, Care Description: Washing Instructions: Fill your bucket with cold water, turn your Lotus silk item inside out, and submerge it. It comes to washing your Lotus silk item, your best bet is to use a high-quality liquid detergent. Add a few detergent drops into the water and stir it well, then leave your item in the solution for three minutes. Gently pull your garment up and down for three to five minutes to remove any dirt. Take your garment out from the sink, drain off the water, and rinse under cold water until the detergent has been completely washed out.

To return your following order, simply follow the steps below for returning an order (basically, email us ASAP - you still have 7 days to decide) and we will email you back with further instructions.   Online shopping can be stressful. We don't want you to stress. If you order something with us that doesn't fit, or maybe it's not quite how you imagined, never fear. You have 7 whole calendar days to make up your mind, try it on, caress its goodness, fall in love. If you decide you need to return it, just make sure you let us know and send it back to us within that 7 day timeframe. Unfortunately, after 7 days it's no longer able to be returned.

Please note that for customised order, we have a strict no return and exchange policy.

To be eligible for a return, your Whakato item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it (perfect, really). It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
To initiate a return, flick us a quick message to let us know what's coming back. Please include your original order number (sent via email when you first ordered), as well as specifying which item/s you are returning. Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item back in its original box (if you still have it) or any other suitable packaging to get it back safely.
