SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Shipping charges within India is at a fixed rate of Rs. 150.

In major cities, the delivery may take place within or before the time mentioned in the order processing time. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending upon the accessibility of your location by our logistic partner. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once you feed in your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see an auto-generated shipping fee. Please see approximate shipping charges for two garments below:

We'll deliver your order as soon as we can but in the event of any delays, please note that these are caused by country-specific shipping restrictions.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, anushé pirani will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer safe and secure credit, debit, UPI and internet banking options for Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro card holders. Additionally, we also offer the convenience of Cash On Delivery for domestic orders.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 working days from the time the order is placed. Once the order is shipped it will reach your door step in the time period of 10-14 working days.

For international orders, it may take upto 3-4 weeks for delivery depending on the location.

Incase of customisation and out of stock products, your order will be processed and shipped within 10-14 working days from the time the order is placed. We will reach out to you to keep you posted regarding the approximate delivery period.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

You will receive order related emails in two stages.

An order confirmation email once you place the order.
A shipment email once your order has been dispatched from our studio to your address. This email will also have the tracking number you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.

We would also be very happy to provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to keep you updated on the status of your shipment via the email address you would have provided us with.

Please ensure to put in the correct address and contact details at check out and also that there is somebody to receive the order at the given address.

Refund Rules

We hope you never have to return your purchase!

Each piece at anushé pirani is designed and handcrafted with a lot of care and goes through firm quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of fabric/print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

PRODUCT COLORS

We make every effort to ensure our product colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, please note that variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting. If you’d like more details about the colour or fabric before placing your order, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to help.

REFUNDS

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold due to the time and labor that goes into making each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

RETURNS

Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged only for size. If the size is not available we will provide you with a credit note which will be valid for two months for redemption on the website only. We’d recommend you refer to the size chart before making a purchase.

All our products go through a firm quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us on with an image of the product within five days of receiving the order.

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

You must inform us within five days of delivery of the product. Please write to with the subject line: RETURNS – [Order Number]. Kindly mention the reason for exchange and attach a clear image of the product. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The anushé pirani team reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product is found to be worn, damaged, or not in a saleable condition.

Please note:

The cost for to-and-fro shipping for exchanges will be borne by you.
We charge a fixed exchange handling fee of ₹500.
Once your exchange is approved, we will send you a payment link for ₹500. Upon successful payment, we will arrange for the product pickup.
