Issue a refund, or

Provide a replacement of the product

Non-Refundable Situation
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Delays in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping & Transit

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the logistics partner.

While we assist customers in tracking shipments, delivery delays or losses during transit are outside our direct control.
