Materials: 100% Kala Cotton, 100% Plant Colours. Care: Preferred steaming inside out. Wash and iron inside out in mild detergent below 30°C. Line dry in shade. Do not dry clean, tumble dry, or dry in direct sunlight. Hand-dyed plant colours and handspun-handwoven products may have inherent variations.

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping at a flat shipping rate of USD 50 After confirmation of order, products are dispatched within 3-4 business days. However, if there is a custom sizing/ personalization request, the dispatch could take up to 7 business days. We have partnered with several reliable shipping partners such as DHL and FedEx. We usually ship via Fedex International Priority, such that the shipment reaches within 7 business days. However, shipments can take up to 10-15 business days to be delivered, depending on the country the product is being shipped to. You will be provided with a tracking number via email. Your country may charge taxes including VAT, import duties, and customs charges. Please contact your local postal service or customs office to get an idea of the exact charges, and you will directly need to pay the charges to receive the shipment.

Jiwya being a slow fashion brand, all our products are made-to-order. Each style is available in limited quantities.
We encourage you to check the product size chart, and reach out to the team for a custom sizing, if required. This enables us to curate each piece as per your requirements of custom measurements, and other minor changes.
For international orders, we cannot process exchange or returns due to the high cost of customs duties and taxes, as well as a high carbon footprint. If there is an issue with the product, please get in touch with our team and we'll do our best to work out a solution.
For orders within India, we do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces.
In case of major damages or defects (such as holes, tears, etc.) found within 48 hours of receiving the order, we will refund the entire amount back to your original payment method. Please send an email mentioning the Order ID and reason for refund with pictures. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. The refund would be processed within 7 business days after approval of the refund by our team.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. The refund would be processed within 7 business days after approval of the refund.
Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
