Orders placed are usually dispatched within 7- 10 working days. For customized products, it may take around 21 days or more to dispatch.
We ship across India. COD available in most pin codes COD is available at an added cost of INR 150.
Additional non-refundable shipping charges of INR 100 and INR 150 are to be charged on all orders below 1000 and 3000 respectively.
COD orders require you to first make the payment to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges need to be routed through Customer Care.
Delivery attempts made 2nd time and so forth will be chargeable.

Refund Rules

Exchange or return should be informed within 2 days of receiving the product.
We do not provide an exchange, return or refund for customized and/or discounted products.
HUTKE refunds in full value, fewer courier charges for genuine manufacturing/quality defects.
HUTKE provides an exchange and courier pickup facility only for defective or wrongly delivered it
For any other reason for exchange, the cost of the delivery of the product back to us is to be borne by the customer. Hutke then takes care of shipping it back to the customer.
HUTKE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any return or exchange. Items which show signs of usage or damage will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
In the event that the buyer does not want a product in exchange, we issue a credit note of the full value minus the courier charge which is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
We provide a 15days return period to return the package back to us. No exchange or return is accepted post that.
