  • Domestic Orders (India): Dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order.
  • International Orders: Dispatched within 10 business days from the date of order.

Business days exclude Sundays and Indian public holidays.

Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak season, festivals, or sale periods.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Fee: ₹300 per order.
  • Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Total Expected Timeframe: Approximately 10–12 business days from the date of order to delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable PIN codes.

3. International Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: ₹3,500 per order (excluding any import duties, taxes, or other charges).
  • Delivery Timeline: 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Total Expected Timeframe: Approximately 14–16 business days from the date of order to delivery.

Customs & Duties:

  • Import duties, taxes, or other charges may be applied by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid directly by the customer to the local customs office or courier.
  • Product prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes.
  • Rias Jaipur is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
  • Please note that international customs inspections may cause occasional delivery delays, which are beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.
  • Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Rias Jaipur is not responsible for any loss or theft thereafter. However, if you experience an issue of this nature, please report it to us within 24 hours of the delivery update. We work only with reputed courier partners, so such incidents are extremely rare. While Rias Jaipur cannot be held responsible, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping provider.

Refund Rules

At Rias Jaipur, we want you to love what you order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via email, WhatsApp, or phone during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST).
  • Cancellations may be rejected if the order has already been sent for production, even within the 24-hour window.
  • After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Exchange Window

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • All return or exchange requests must be made using the same email address or phone number used while making the purchase to validate the order.
  • For certain countries (such as EU member states), local consumer protection laws may provide a longer return window, which we will honour as required.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered.
  • No signs of wear, washing, or damage.
  • All original tags must be intact.
  • Original packaging should be returned where possible.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to reject returns of:

  • Personalised or customised products made specifically for the customer and not suitable for resale.
  • Products purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

5. Refund & Exchange Method

  • All refunds are issued only as store credit to your Rias Jaipur wallet. We do not refund back to the original payment method.
  • Store credit validity: Credits are valid for future purchases without expiry unless otherwise stated.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Exchanges are possible for the same product in a different size/variant, or for another product of your choice.
    • If the exchange product costs more, you pay the difference.
    • If it costs less, the balance is credited to your store wallet.

6. Domestic Orders (India)

For Exchanges:

  • We arrange a reverse pickup from your address (subject to serviceable PIN codes).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement item is shipped under the same order.

For Returns (Store Credit):

  • Reverse pickup is arranged.
  • Store credit is issued excluding the original shipping fee of ₹300. Shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover our logistics costs.

7. International Orders

  • Reverse pickup is not available for international shipments.
  • Customers must ship the product back to our return address at their own cost using a trackable courier service.
  • We recommend using an insured, trackable courier for international returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
  • For Returns (Store Credit): Store credit is issued excluding the original shipping fee of ₹3,500. Shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover our logistics costs.
