International Shipping:

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day. However order processing and dispatching depends on the availability of garments, materials etc…

Delivery Address and P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking and Delivery
  • Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
  • The order status can also be viewed on website under “My Orders” section from User Account/Profile Page
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained.
