We provide this service within India and internationally. We use our trusted courier partners who ship the products. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. Our courier agent are Bluedart, Shiprocket, Aramex etc. No deliveries are made on Sundays in most cities as they follow a 6-day work culture. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Sunday also on some extra cost on case to case basis.  Transit Times If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days or one box on same day, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped either clubbed or separately, so you may receive one delivery or more than one delivery to your address. Domestic order delivery takes 2 to 10 days, depending on the location and size of the shipment. International order delivery takes 8 to 21 days, depending on the location and size of the shipment. Transit Risk We ship all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Look and Adorn will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency. Shipment and Tracking Details We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies' website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our Track Order page or by logging in to the My Account section on our site. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Address Change Requests Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done. Time to Ship These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending on the availability of item and other factors. It is advisable to Email Us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimates. We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 5 -15 business days of placing the order. International Delivery You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and other countries OR use Paypal for any International transaction. For international orders, shipping charges would vary from country to country and packing dimension/ weight wise. Once the order is placed, Look and Adorn (seller) will notify the customer with a payment link for shipping charges based on location and weight. Product will be shipped when this payment is made. When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Look and Adorn (seller) can’t predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Look and Adorn (seller) doesn’t calculate or collect these fees or taxes. Refund Rules

As a policy, we offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in defective condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. For cancellations, before dispatch of orders, please reach out to us. We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth: RETURN REQUESTS To return or exchange of wrongfully delivered, defective item{s) within 3 days of delivery via Retrun Exchange & Refund portal between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST or by email with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, packaging image and package opening video of the wrongfully delivered, defective item(s). Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner. For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with return shipments. Please note that Look and Adorn will not be liable for reimbursement of any return courier charges. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. REFUND PROCESS 10 days TAT for Refund or replacement of wrongfully delivered, defective item{s). We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours. In exceptional cases, if the product is received in damaged condition by the buyer, inform us within 7 days with the package opening video & product images. We will try our best to replace the item, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. If a replacement is not possible, then we will refund it. EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution. Refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency (like DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, Shypmax, Shiprocket etc.) , then Look and Adorn will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
