We do not accept returns or provide refunds, once an order has been placed.
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

We kindly request customers to review product details, sizing, and measurements carefully before placing an order.

Alterations

If minor alterations are required, we are happy to assist where feasible.
Alteration requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Shipping costs for alterations (to and fro) will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
We will assess the issue and offer a repair or correction, where applicable.
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
