Shipping Timeframe:

Express/Priority Shipping: We offer express shipping to select pincodes within India. Kindly message us with your pincode to confirm availability for your location.

We have a standard shipping charge of Rs.120/-  that is added at the checkout for deliveries within India.
International Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.Â
Delivery Delays:While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order:Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking Link. You can also track your shipment status on our website in Orders under Accounts.
Failed Delivery Attempt:Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before it is returned to us. To redeliver the package to same or different location additional charges will be applicable.
Find a Missing Package that shows as delivered: Sometimes you may see your package marked as "delivered" before you receive it. It might be due to the delivery status being updated in advance while your order is on the way. Incase you are still unable to locate the shipment after 24 hours, it is imperative that the customer write to us within 48 hours from delivered date so the matter is escalated & investigated thoroughly. Post the 48 hours we will not be liable for the misplaced package.

All applicable duties and taxes if any are borne entirely by the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.If duties and taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused, returned, or held by customs, Cotton Candy Lifestyle will not be liable for any refunds.
Customs Documentation
Any documentation required by local authorities in your country for customs clearance must be arranged by the customer. Failure to provide required documentation resulting in delivery denial will not qualify for a refund.
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to the customer being unreachable, providing incorrect shipping information, or refusing to accept the parcel, Cotton Candy Lifestyle will not be liable for refunds or additional charges for reattempted delivery.Such shipments may be treated as abandoned by the courier company.
Each piece is handmade at our warehouse in Bangalore, with care and dedication. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used garments. We accept size exchanges pending approval from our team.Â

We do not accept any returns unless the product is Defective or Damaged while receiving or we have sent you the wrong size.
Personalised outfits such as Monogram, embroideries are not eligible for Refunds or Exchanges.Â
72 Hour Return Window
We have a 72 hour return window, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to intimate us via email to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us. To process a return, the customer is required to provide the relevant images or documentation as requested by our team, based on the specific circumstances. Once the return has been approved by our team, we will arrange for a return pick up from the provided address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Payment to Source Account
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment source account( within 10 business days) or issued as store credit without expiry, depending on the customer’s preference.
Exchange Policy
We accept size exchanges. In such cases once the exchange is approved, we can assist with a size exchange for the same product or a different one of equal or higher value. The customer will be responsible for covering the price difference, as well as the shipping costs.
