We ship all orders using eco-friendly packaging and sustainable shipping methods. Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability, but we strive to process and ship orders within 24 business days. Please note that natural dye products may require additional time to process due to their handmade nature. Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your natural dye clothing, exchanges can be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags intact. Due to the unique nature of our natural dyes, slight variations in color may occur, and we cannot offer exchanges based on color differences alone.

Some Bageeya garments feature vintage or unique fabric patches as part of the design. Since these patches are rare and one-of-a-kind, exact replication may not always be possible. In such cases, we will try to recreate the piece as close as possible to the original design while preserving its aesthetic and character.
