We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Most orders are dispatched within 3 days after your order is placed. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 15 days based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that you provide a valid physical address for delivery.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items -

The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or washed garments
Items without original tags or original packaging
Customized or altered products
Accessories such as hairbands, socks, and innerwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
