Machine wash in temperature under 40°C or mild hand wash. Hang dry. Avoid drying in direct sunlight as colours may fade.Made in India: This product is made in Delhi with a fair wage factory. The factory specialises in small scale production, where we can reduce waste generation and manage factory waste by upcycling scraps into patchwork fabric.Each piece may come with an extra embroidery or patch but the overall look and feel of the piece are not changed. These pieces are a part of a limited edition collection, the stock is made till the raw material is available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. At doodlage.in we make-to-order. We typically take 7-12 working days to process all orders and an additional 1-2 days for shipping within India.
  2. Our working days are Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6pm). No orders are processed over the weekends or on public holidays according to the Indian calendar. 
  3. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to redirect orders once they are dispatched to you.
  4. We partner with third party delivery services to send out orders. We ship via Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Shadow fax, Ecom express, Bluedart, DHL, DTDC, Overseas Logistics, Shree Anjani courier services, Tirupati courier services, Borzo and Delhivery depending on the delivery pin code. Third party delivery partners can be added at our discretion. You might receive delivery based communication on our behalf via our logistic partners.
  5. Free Shipping in India is only applicable on orders above Rs.3000. 
  6. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  7. Additional custom charges might be levied on international deliveries at the final destination. Customers will need to bear this cost to receive their delivery.
  8. All orders will require a signature upon receipt. 

INSURANCE 

Doodlage.in ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Doodlage.in and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. GST is applied on all orders. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable in India. For deliveries outside India products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties charged by your country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Return and exchange

FOR INDIA | RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The return or exchange of an item will only qualify if it meets all Terms & Conditions.

  • You can return an item for store credit or you can exchange it for a different size or style within 7 days from when it is received by you. Your store credit will be valid up to 6 months from the date of when the return is received by us. Additionally, please note customized products, Gift Cards, items on Sale or purchased with a Discount Code are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
  • A flat Rs.150 is chargeable for returns and exchanges for orders purchased with Free Shipping. 
  • If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.
  • Please note we do not refund money on any merchandise sold.
  • Store credit or exchange can be processed only if we receive the merchandise in its original packaging.
  • To return an item, the customer can write to us at info@doodlage.in requesting a return. However, please note we do not offer reverse pick ups. If you want to return a product please send the same to our office address.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
  • We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
  • All goods will be inspected on return for damage, spoiling, stains and odors. 
  • All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.
  • Doodlage is not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns. If the customer is unable to manage a reverse pick up and customer pin code is serviceable for reverse pick up. You can request our team to organize the pick up. Charges for the pick up will be deducted from customers' store credit upon receipt.
  • We are not responsible for unidentified returns or items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Please note accessories, customized products and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. You can also connect with us to repair or alter your old Doodlage purchases. 
  • Once your order is confirmed, you can only make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is moved to processing we will not be able to make any changes in your order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

Our Return and Exchange Policy applies only if merchandise is received under the following conditions:

  1. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged.
  2. Merchandise must have all tags still attached. Please inform our customer care department in case an item was delivered without tags.
  3. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

All Doodlage merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. We try hard to keep our customers very happy so if you are not satisfied with your purchase or service please write to us and we will try our best to cater to your requirements.
